An Austin wedding, as life limps back to normalcy in a post Covid world. We restarted shooting. In the last six months or so we had a few postponements, a few cancellations and like most others we were under the firm grip of uncertainty.

Ria and Miguel had planned a very simple ceremony with just a couple of guests and a Judge to officiate. As photographers it gives us a lot of breathing space and time to ease into the shoot and declutter our minds. Post wedding they had a few requests as to the venues they wanted some couple shots and the light was amazing as we got there.

Austin, Texas is a beautiful city and we hopped on to a few different places where we could shoot. This was the first time we used a Hasselblad X1D II for a wedding. The other two cameras were the tried and tested Leica Q and Leica M9 Monochrom.
